What is Erskine Creek Water's disconnection policy?

Alternative Payment Arrangements or Extensions

Any customer who is unable to pay for water service within the normal payment period may request an alternative payment arrangement or extension to avoid disruption of service. Options include deferring payments (payment extensions) of the full balance for up to two weeks beyond the due date or if high balances due to a leak splitting payments (payment arrangements) for up to six months to pay off the full balance.

Disconnection Notices

The bill will become past due if not paid within 19 days from the billing date. At this point we give customers an extra day or two for mailing purposes before we mail late notices with a $5.00 late fee due upon 10 days. At which point we give another day or two for mailing purposes upon due date for the late notices till we run the shut off notices. Shut off notices are then due within seven days. We will also send out a curtesy call for both the late notices and shut off notices before any attempt on disconnect of service. 

Restoration of Service

In order to resume or continue service that has been disconnected for non-payment, the customer must pay a re-establishment fee of $25 during business hours and $40 after normal business hours. Payment options are listed below.
